Falcon 900LX
The Falcon 900LX is the latest version of the Falcon 900 series, the launch was announced at EBACE 2008. It combines all the modern technologies from previous Falcon 900 models and has the added advantage of blended winglets designed by Aviation Partners Inc. The 900LX is the replacement for the 900EX executive jet.
The aircraft can carry 8 passengers with 2 flight crew members 4,800 nautical miles (8,890 kilometres). It is capable of carrying up to 19 passengers in a high density configuration. Falcon 900LX can fly non-stop from London to Miami; New York to Sao Paulo or Mumbai to London. The passenger cabin is the same as the Falcon 900EX, comfortable for 19 but very spacious for 8 passengers.
Falcon 900LX is fitted with three Honeywell TFE731-60 turbofans each capable of giving 5,000 lbs of thrust.
The aircraft has a certified ceiling of 51,000 feet (15,545m) and can take off in 5,060 feet (1,542m) and needs a runway length of 2,400 feet (730m) to land.
